1. Details of "R" angle at the bottom of the pot

In the granulation process, the rotation speed of the stirring blades is different at different periods. The use of two-speed motors to control cannot meet the production requirements. The use of inverter control can meet various production processes and achieve good granulation effects.
5.Transmission system
Many dry powder granulator power systems use V-belt and pulley drive (low cost), resulting in insufficient stirring power during long-term production and easy to slip. The choice of timing belt and synchronous pulley drive can ensure long-term production and manufacturing Full of power, more able to ensure production requirements.
6. Stir the gap between the leaves and the bottom of the pot.
The national standard stipulates that the gap is 2mm. In actual production, especially for traditional Chinese medicine extracts and high-viscosity traditional Chinese medicine extracts, the 2mm gap is very likely to cause end-capping, which is very difficult to remove after the end-capping, making the pot unable to be repaired after deformation.
