How to know the basket granulator model from cutting knives and blade?

General Information

JUNZHUO MACHINERY offers 3 kinds of basket geanulators, ZL series--ZK series-- XZK series.

1. ZL series basket granulator can meet the requirement of making wet powder into granules.

2. ZK series basket granulator is a developed model than ZL series, which has scraper knives around the screen mesh sieve, so that the granules can be cut into uniform length. It is a popular machine to help most customers in pharmaceutical, food and chemical industries. 

3. XZK series is the unique design by JUNZHUO MACHINERY, due to the blade can be lifted up and down, so that it is easy to clean and mixs material very well. The distance between cutting knives and screen mesh sieve is adjustable,  it sloves the problem of broken sieve by  big resistance.

Working Principle

Wet mixed powder (raw material) is added into the feeding hopper. In the upper chamber of our basket extruders the counter rotating internal breaker bar system breaks larger clumps of wet powder to allow gravity to convey the wetted mass down into the bottom extrusion rotor arms which, in turn, densifies the material and extrudes it through the screen sieve. Formed materials are discharged without damage by our proprietary discharge chute design. After drying, finished product will be obtained.
