Wet granulator is basically composed of granulating cylinder, stirring paddle, cutter and power system. The technical principle used is mainly to add the drug powder and auxiliary materials to the high-speed stirring granulator, add the binder or wetting agent after mixing evenly and quickly mix and make granules by the action of the high-speed mixer. Among them, the mixing paddle and the cutting blade both adopt variable frequency speed regulation, which is easy to control the particle size. The rotating shaft cavity is inflated and sealed to eliminate dust adhesion. Wet granulator with automatic cleaning function is widely used in powder mixing and adhesive granulation in the pharmaceutical, chemical, food and other industries.

The soft material is cut into small and uniform particles in a semi-flow state, which realizes the mutual transformation of materials. The purpose of the wet granulator is to fully mix the materials to achieve the ideal mixing state. When the mixing operation is carried out at different stages, the mixing state of the materials is also different.
The wet granulation machine can complete the dry material mixing, adding binder, granulation and other processes at one time. The production efficiency is high, and the mixing granulation can be completed within 7-10 minutes. It has good granulation effect, uniform particle size, good fluidity after drying. The mixing time is short and the material generates less friction and heat, so it is also suitable for heat-sensitive materials. Because the entire granulation process is carried out in a closed container, the material dust has little pollution to the air in the clean room and no cross-contamination.
