The powder raw materials of western medicine or traditional Chinese medicine extraction (spray-drying, freeze-drying) generally have the characteristics of different powder particle sizes, uneven density, poor fluidity and easy layering. In addition, the medicinal dry granulator machine is simple and convenient to disassemble and clean. The internal and external sealing structure of the hood is reasonably designed. The electrical box and transmission are waterproof. There is no need to worry about the pollution and damage to the electrical appliances and the equipment during the clearance process. At present, the use of dry granulation mechanism granulation has become a mainstream trend.
In the process of pharmaceutical granulation production, with the wide application of dry granulation and the continuous increase of pharmaceutical granulation requirements, the technical requirements of pharmaceutical enterprises for dry granulation machines will also become higher and higher. In the future, dry granulators will meet the requirements of cleanliness and flexible functions. First, a completely closed dry granulation system can reduce dust pollution during production, thereby reducing the risk of pollution and pollution. Second, the equipment adopts a modular design, and the entire granulation device can be disassembled with only a few tools. It is easy to clean all module units, and the screws and rollers can be easily replaced to adapt to different pelletizing tasks.
